Occupational Health Advisor

Location: North West (Liverpool, Warrington, Chester areas)

Job Type: Full or Part Time Permanent (3 – 5 days a week)

Occupational health Staffing are looking to recruit a full or part time (3 – 5 days a week) permanent occupational health advisor to work for an established provider of OH Services. Working on a stand-alone basis and as part of an OH team you will who provide a full OH remit to a range of clients in the North West including Liverpool, Warrington and Chester areas.

The successful candidate will undertake a mixture of work including being out and about on customer sites and working from home.

Details of the role

• Undertaking sickness absence support and case management including face-to-face and telephone consultations.
• Delivering statutory health surveillance including undertaking and reporting on comparisons.
• Delivering fitness to work medicals and screening new joiner questionnaires including undertaking baseline medicals.
• Delivering a wellbeing programme including undertaking voluntary health checks and briefing sessions promoting good health on our client/s site

To be considered for this role you need to be:

• NMC registered nurse and have an Occupational Health degree or diploma
• Experienced in delivering OH services

Salary: £38 – £43k + 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), company sick pay, pension, and payment of NMC fees.

Peripatetic Occupational Health Advisor

Location: North West Region 

Job Type: Full or Part Time Permanent (3-5 days a week)

Occupational Health Staffing is looking to recruit a Peripatetic Occupational Health Advisor to work on various client sites across the North West Region (including Preston, Manchester, Cumbria, and Blackpool) on a Full or Part time (3 – 5 days) permanent basis.  You will visit one client site per day and be able to access clinical and admin support if required. Laptop and mobile phone provided

The successful candidate will undertake:-

• Mainly Case Management Phone and Face to Face Up to 8 per day depending on client
• Some Health Surveillance
• Some DSE Assessments

To apply you will:-

• Hold a driving license and have a car
• Be an NMC Registered RGN
• Have Case Management experience
• Preferably be OH Qualified to Diploma / Degree level
• Be happy to work across a region on a stand-alone basis

Hours: 40 per week 

Salary: Up to £40K pro rata + travel expenses, laptop and mobile, NMC paid, Lots of CPD to aid re validation, Contributory Pension
