Qualified Occupational Health Nurse Advisor

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a qualified Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to work in Kent on a permanent basis 4-5 days/week. The role will involve:

• To provide clinical leadership, management and guidance to less senior staff
• To promote and maintain health of staff and lead on particular service development and health promotion activities
• Lead in the development of clinical standards
• Support the Service Lead in ensuring the workload is prioritised and managed effectively
• Identify and minimise clinical and non-clinical risk
• Plan and initiate appropriate vaccine programmes and contract tracing
• Conduct health surveillance, health promotion and education programmes
• Participate in audits
• Work in a clinical role as required, managing own case load including case management

To apply you will need to be an experienced and Qualified Occupational Health Nurse Advisor. You will need to be able to make autonomous decisions and have good knowledge of clinical governance and risk management.

Salary: £up to £45,000 pro rata + Benefits
