Clinical Operations Manager Homebased + Travel to sites including Barrow in Furness

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Clinical Operations Manager to work Homebased with travel to sites when requires including Barrow in Furness on a permanent basis 3 days/week between Mondays – Thursdays. The role will involve:

• Lead a team of clinical staff
• Maintain and enhance ethical governance within contracts
• Conduct regular competency reviews, audit clinical work and end of probation meetings
• Ensure compliance within company processes including health and safety legislation and SEQOSH
• Coordinate all clinical aspects of contract renewal process, ensure seamless renewals and customer retention

To apply you will need to be an experienced and qualified Clinical Operations Manager with a relevant clinical qualification and managerial experience in a healthcare setting. You will need to have proven leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team of clinical professionals with strong knowledge of clinical governance and quality assurance.
