Occupational Health Nurse Manager Birmingham or Nottingham + Homebased

Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Nurse Manager to work in Birmingham or Nottingham + Homebased on a full time permanent basis. You will need to work 2-3 days onsite in either Birmingham or Nottingham whichever is closer to you and remaining days homebased. The role will involve:

• Leading and managing a team of Occupational Health Professionals
• Ensuring clinical governance and a high standard of delivery
• Collaborate with global teams to promote a healthy and safe work environment
• Provide expert advise on occupational health matters
• Support development of health policies and procedures
• Ensure legal compliance with data protection requirements for all medical records
• Work with the Senior Leadership team to develop strategies to meet the needs of different business areas
• Develop and Implement health and wellbeing programmes

To apply you will need to be a Qualified and experienced Occupational Health Nurse Manager with a degree or diploma in Occupational Health. You will need proven Occupational Health management and leadership experience.

Salary: £68,000 – £80,000 + Benefits
